2. Products

BlazeBlock designs, manufactures, and sells preventive fire-protection systems against the spread of fires, mainly the Hydrodôme and Hydrojet systems, designed to limit the spread of vegetation fires by creating a peripheral water curtain around a home and by watering the roof surface.

Our products are intended for outdoor domestic or professional use and are designed to operate as follows:

  • Connected to a pressurized water network or an external pump

  • Or connected to a swimming pool, tank, cistern, well, or any clean water source

Each product is tested to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and the declared technical specifications.

Detailed technical specifications, installation advice, conditions of use, and specific limitations for each product are described on the product pages available on the website and in the user manual included with the product.

The customer is required to read all of this information carefully before placing an order, in order to ensure that the product is suitable for their needs and intended use.

Photographs, visuals, diagrams, and 3D renderings shown on the website are illustrative only and have no contractual value.

Minor differences may appear between visuals and the actual product, in particular due to manufacturing batches or ongoing technical improvements.

In case of doubt, the customer is invited to contact BlazeBlock before placing an order.

3. Prices

Product prices displayed on https://blazeblock.fr/ are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included) at the time of the order.

They include delivery costs, which are specified during final order confirmation and are not charged separately.

The total amount payable is clearly displayed before order confirmation.

BlazeBlock reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered by the customer.

In the event of an obviously incorrect price, for any reason whatsoever (computer bug, manual error, etc.), BlazeBlock reserves the right to cancel the order, even if it has been confirmed and paid.
The customer will then be fully refunded.

Occasional promotional offers may be proposed. These offers are valid for the indicated period and while stocks last. BlazeBlock reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer without prior notice.

During the pre-order period, and in the event of order cancellation by the customer, BlazeBlock reserves the right to retain 10% to 15% of the total price (VAT included) as logistical costs (for custom-made parts, etc.), provided that this clause has been accepted in the GTC at the time of ordering.

In the case of a product return outside the scope of the right of withdrawal (commercial return or goodwill gesture), BlazeBlock reserves the right to apply a deduction of up to 20% of the total amount paid (VAT included), corresponding to administrative and logistical costs (such as shipping costs). This deduction will only be applied with the customer’s prior agreement at the time of ordering.

Furthermore, in the event of a non-compliant return (damaged product, incomplete product, or missing original packaging), BlazeBlock may, in accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, apply a deduction corresponding to the loss of value observed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on https://blazeblock.fr/ constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The ordering process includes the following steps:

  1. Product selection by the user

  2. Cart validation

  3. Entry of delivery and billing information

  4. Selection of the payment method

  5. Acceptance of the GTC by checking a box

  6. Final validation of the order with obligation to pay

The customer will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the ordered products, the amount paid, and delivery details.

This email constitutes acknowledgment of receipt of the order but does not constitute final acceptance. BlazeBlock reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (abnormal order, suspected fraud, prior dispute, etc.).

The customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. BlazeBlock cannot be held liable for the consequences of errors in the information provided (in particular, incorrect delivery address).

In the event of product unavailability after order confirmation, BlazeBlock will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer either a refund or an equivalent product.

5. Payment

Payment for orders is made exclusively online by credit card via the secure Stripe payment platform.

All payments are protected by SSL encryption, ensuring the confidentiality of transmitted data.

BlazeBlock does not store any customer banking information.

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Order validation occurs only after payment authorization by the financial institution.

In the event of payment refusal or anomaly, the order will be automatically canceled.

An invoice is issued after order validation and sent by email.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided before confirmation.

In the event of an error or incomplete address, BlazeBlock cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures.

Deliveries are carried out by a third-party carrier (UPS) selected by BlazeBlock.

Estimated delivery times are generally 15 to 21 business days for shipments within Europe and the United States, including during pre-order periods.

These delivery times may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, or exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

BlazeBlock will make every effort to meet announced delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or cases of force majeure.

Shipping costs are already included in the final price displayed on the website.

Upon receipt of the package, the customer must check the condition of the product.

In the event of damage (broken product, damaged packaging, missing item), the customer must clearly note their reservations on the delivery slip and notify BlazeBlock within 48 hours, with supporting photos.

In the event of loss, delivery error, or logistical dispute, BlazeBlock undertakes to conduct an investigation with the carrier and keep the customer informed.

If the carrier is found to be responsible, a replacement product will be shipped or a refund offered, depending on the situation.

7. Right of withdrawal (for individual consumers)

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured or ordered specifically at the customer’s request.

During the pre-order phase, each order immediately triggers a request with our suppliers. As a result, no cancellation or refund request can be accepted before receipt of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact BlazeBlock by email at: contact@blazeblock.fr.

The product must be returned at the customer’s expense, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

8. Warranties

Our products benefit from two legal warranties, at no additional cost to the customer:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code), valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects that render the product unfit for its intended use or that do not correspond to the contractual description.

  • Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code), applicable within 2 years from discovery of the defect.
This warranty covers non-visible defects present at the time of purchase that render the product unusable or seriously limit its intended use.

To file a claim, the customer must contact BlazeBlock by email (contact@blazeblock.fr), providing a description of the problem, photos if necessary, and proof of purchase.

After evaluation, BlazeBlock will offer the customer the choice between repair, replacement, or a full refund.

Return shipping costs under warranty are covered by BlazeBlock.

These warranties apply provided that the product has been used under normal conditions and in accordance with the instructions provided in the manual and on the website.
Any damage resulting from misuse, non-compliant use, or lack of maintenance is excluded from warranty coverage.

9. Liability

BlazeBlock cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper, inappropriate, or non-compliant use of its products, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive water pressure exceeding specified technical limits

  • Installation on an unstable or unsuitable surface

  • Use in the presence of an active fire, in violation of safety instructions

  • Unauthorized modification or alteration of components

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • The product is used under the intended conditions (outdoor use only)

  • The water source and mounting system are suitable for the building configuration

  • The system is regularly maintained to ensure proper operation

BlazeBlock declines all responsibility for damage resulting from natural or exceptional climatic events (strong winds, extreme heatwaves, etc.) affecting product performance.

Under no circumstances shall BlazeBlock be liable for loss of market, loss of data, loss of profit, or any other indirect or intangible damage resulting from the use of its products.

The user remains responsible for assessing fire risks and evacuation measures. The Hydrodôme and Hydrojet systems are preventive and complementary devices and do not replace emergency services or fire alarm systems.

10. Personal data

Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our privacy policy (see the link in the website footer).

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute relating to the execution, interpretation, or validity of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer is invited to first submit a complaint to BlazeBlock by email at: contact@blazeblock.fr.

BlazeBlock undertakes to respond within a reasonable timeframe and to seek an amicable solution.

If no amicable solution is reached within 30 days, the customer has the right to refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, in accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code.
