Legal guarantee of conformity

In accordance with Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer benefits from a legal guarantee of conformity for goods purchased through our website.

Warranty period

The legal guarantee applies for 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods.

🛠️ What the warranty covers

The legal guarantee of conformity covers all conformity defects existing at the time of delivery of the product, including in particular:

  • A product that does not correspond to its description or to the use normally expected;

  • A defective or incomplete product;

  • A product that does not have the agreed qualities or performance.

📌 Your rights during the warranty period

If a lack of conformity appears during the warranty period:

  • You are entitled to repair or replacement of the product, free of charge, excluding shipping costs;

  • If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may request a partial or full refund;

  • The exercise of the warranty (return costs, inspection, analysis, etc.) will not be charged.

What the warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear of the product;

  • Damage caused by improper use or incorrect installation;

  • Unauthorized interventions or modifications;

  • Products subjected to abnormal conditions of use (freezing, overpressure, extreme heat not covered by specifications, etc.).

📞 Procedure in case of a defect

In case of a problem:

Please contact our customer service by email at contact@blazeblock.fr, specifying:

  • Your order number,

  • The product model concerned,

  • The nature of the issue encountered,

  • Photos, if possible.

We will contact you within 48 hours to inform you of the next steps (return, repair, replacement, etc.).

Your request will be processed as quickly as possible.

📑 Other guarantees

In addition to this legal guarantee, you may also benefit from:

  • The guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code);

  • An additional commercial warranty, if subscribed (see the conditions in your product documentation).

Article L217-3 of the French Consumer Code:

"The seller delivers goods that comply with the contract and with the criteria set out in Article L217-5. [...] The seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time the goods are delivered [...]."
